The software application is focused on supply in company and storage. Primarily is suited for use in the CINEMAX Skalica cinema. The application is created in Microsoft Excel, using Visual Basic. The thesis also deals with the analysis of the business and its processing.

The thesis deals with inventory management in the company Besta Trade s.r.o. The thesis contains an analysis of the theoretical basis, which deals with inventory and inventory management, analysis of the current state of inventory management in the company, and a description of the program for easy determination of the current state of inventory.

Bachelor´s thesis aims to support the development of software applications from the point of view of mathematical and statistical methods. I decided to develop the theme of the supply management of the selected establishment, in which I did the school practice. I constructively created a global analysis of the object and by using the methods of supply management the appropriate steps to create the design of software applications for easier management.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the optimalization of emergency supply in Konica Minolta Business Solutions, spol. s.r.o. The literature review is devoted to supplies, demand analysis, supply management and supply management model and analyses the topic of emergency supply in more detail. The practical part describes the company and its supply management system. After consultation with the company’s logistics manager, specific data are selected, which are the analysed using ABC analysis. The optimal emergency supply is calculated and proposed for the selected items.
